To complete your Fall Consumer Rebate, please ensure you have the following:
- Valid email address

Clear image (Photo or PDF) of your Installation Receipt showing:
- Installation Date
- Invoice Number
- Manufacture Brand & Part Number of all eligible parts
*Installation must occur between September 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024. Max rebate of $150. Limit of two rebates per household. Purchase minimums must be met on a single invoice. Payments will not be made without valid Manufacture Brands & Part Numbers. Void where prohibited, licensed, restricted, or taxed. Not valid in conjunction with any other offers. Allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive your rebate.
If you have purchased more than one qualifying product, all rebates can be submitted at the same time.
